Yesterday, I have found a fantastic baking recipe from one of my most-used e-books on making bread and immediately went in to the kitchen and started baking of the afterwards result. And I worked hard at this one, as I always do, a lot of time and I then finally opened my nice oven to see what exactly I've cooked only to see something I did not expect. Man, was I not happy. Many people never succeed to produce the bread they desire because it's a delicate process and gals & guys often get discouraged often after just a few unsuccessful tries & that is the unfortunate part, since there are many of them baking recipes to try from and a lot of different techniques taught by many of different guys and you are going to become master at it all comes to one with practice.

So, what transforms you into a great baking expert? I'd say determination to succeed, the right knowledge and a lot of effort and practice. Some simple knowledge changes the bakers experience largely. E.g. there are techniques that stop the bread from sticking to the bread pan this can be fixed with just some basic understanding and yet will be extremely painful if you don't possess the knowledge. You will make your bread a lot better and tastier by simply adding cornmeal, and here's how you do it: while you are oiling your cooking pan, you add the cornmeal to the pan after you slightly oil it as you usually do.
